Why collect this information and how we use this information is described in our Privacy Policy and is part of our General Terms and Conditions. 

We will take reasonable care for all personal information collected by our website, in so far as it is in our power to do so. Therefore we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when placing an order.

Payment

MLM Made is a secured website and it is therefore safe to make a payment in our webshop. Therefore we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when placing an order.

Your order is sent after your payment is received. It can take up to 5 working days for your order to arrive, instead stated otherwise. 

Guarantee 

MLM Made guarantees that all products meet their descriptions. If you find that a product doesn’t meet it’s descirpiton, please inform us (info@mlmmade.nl). In consultation we will try to find the best solution.

Product descriptions and photo’s

Products from MLM Made are handmade and might therefore look slightly different from their photo. Customers have the right to request a photo of the exact item that is available for them via info@mlmmade.nl. In any case, MLM Made reserves the right to send a product which shows small deviations from their photo that appear with craftsmanship. 

Price

We reserve the right to change prices of products on our website at any time. After an order is placed MLM Made is not allowed to change the price of the product. All prices include VAT.  

Ordering process and promotions

We reserve the right to cancel any promotion or promotional code after five working days of publication.

When ordering any product on mlmmade.nl we might not be able to fulfil your order. Reasons for this could be that the product is out of stock or your payment has been declined. 

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by us via e-mail. We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time.

Delivery

All products are dispatched by third parties. MLM Made takes care of reasonable precautions when packing your order to protect it. Although we cannot be held responsible for damages or losing your product when your package is posted, we will always try to find a solution for problems of such character. 

It can take up to 5 working days for your order to arrive, instead stated otherwise.

Returns

You are entitled to return your order within 14 working days after receiving your products if your product matches the following requirements;

–       The product is unused

–       The product has not been washed

–       The product is complete

–       The product is returned in a secure way, in a protecting box or bag wrapped in the original or similar material. 

–       The returns form is either printed and added to the package with the returning product or send via e-mail to info@mlmmade.nl.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this your order prior to dispatch, please send an e-mail to info@mlmmade.nl and mention your order number and address. If your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in our Returns Policy.

The postage cost for returns are covered by MLM Made if the product is exchanged or damaged (see ‘Damaged items’ for more information). 

Damaged items

All products made by MLM Made are made by hand and hands make mistakes. If you believe your product is damaged or incomplete please contact us via info@mlmmade.nl. Do not try to fix the item yourself or have a third party fixing the item. If the item is in its original state, MLM Made will advise you on the next steps to return your product and receive a replacement or repair. If we agree that the item is incomplete or damaged, you will not cover the returns postage cost.
