MLM Made does not have a physical store, but some products are sold in concept stores. You’ll find a list of sales points here.
Some products can be reproduced. It will take a bit more time and your product might look slightly different than the product in the photo, but you can still get it. If this is the case you will receive an email asking you if you are okay with this.
You order a product by clicking on the product, then click on ‘Add to cart’. If you look at the little shopping bag on the top right, you’ll see a number in it. This is the amount of items in your cart right now. If you click on the shoppingbag, follow the steps and proceed to the payment options. If your order came through correctly, you will receive an email notifying you.
Gift cards are available for 20 Euros, 30 Euros, 40 Euros, 50 Euros, 75 Euros and 100 Euros. You’ll find them in the shop in the category ‘Gift cards’.
The delivery of an order normally takes 3-5 working days, if your product is in stock. If your product is out of stock and backordered, you’ll receive an email with the new delivery time. When your order is posted you can track it with a track and trace code.
Shipping costs vary per country. MLM Made works with the following shipping rates:

Usually when this happens, your order will still arrive. Always check the track and trace code from the postal service. If you didn’t receive a track and trace code (also check your spam), send an email to email@example.com.
To return a product follow the instructions on our ‘delivery and retour’ page and use our retour form.
If you want to return a product because there is something wrong with it, MLM Made will cover the costs to return the product. In other cases you are responsible for the costs to return a product.
You can not return a product that is used or washed.
Wash your product according to the washing instructions on the website, shown underneath every product.
All products are supposed to meet the stated specifications. According to reasonable usage the products will live a happy and long life with you. Damage caused by intensive use may shorten the life of the product. If you feel that the product didn’t last as long as you would have expected from it, please contact me. I’m always happy to look into possible solutions.

All products made by MLM Made are made by hand and hands can make mistakes. If you believe your product is damaged or incomplete, please contact us via email@example.com. Do not try to fix it yourself or have a third party fixing the item. If the item is in the original state MLM Made will advice you to return the product and receive a replacement or repair. If we agree the item is incomplete or damaged, you will not cover the return postage costs.
You can pay your products by bank payment(Sepa), credit card or Ideal.
When we have received the product, we will pay the refund in 5-10 working days, and you will have it on your bank account within a few days.
